Ooooh... I thought you meant making Greek Yoghurt with Total... making Total Tszatziki yep 5 minutes... unless of course, you are making the yoghurt yourself first with total then it is 8-12 hours + 5 minutes + sterlising the milk

No tis easy. Just boil some milk, let it cool to room temperature add some live culture (Total Greek Yoghurt has it) stick it in the jar and fill the thermos thing it goes in with boiling water, ignore it for 8-12 hours then take out jar and stick in fridge and turn one pot of yoghurt into lots.

I can't knit although I am looking to try and shoes should not be worn as often as possible.
