Easy for a man of your stature to say that....
I believe Hyrox also falls into that category

I have a similar friend who enjoys that particular type of challenge. She is, however, baffled by the blokes who strip to the waist apparently so they can show other similarly half-dressed chaps that they too have a six pack.Friend of mine has done a Hyrox, she's not especially macho, just fit and strong and bloody minded!![]()
Hyrox is another level and a serious workout. Definitely one for gym bunnies and youngsters IMHO, and not old farts like me.

My friend who did one is 53, so depends how old you are (she does HIIT workouts 3-4x a week)
Surprisingly, it's still £3
It was one of my favourite short races, not easy though!!

This was another fun one, near Haworth
(the name is because you pass 'Top Withins' on the return, which is always referred to as the model for 'Heathcliffes house in 'Wuthering Heights')

This is proper. Tough Mudders, whilst doubtless tough, seem rather, well, silly to me.
On ‘the tops’, before getting to ‘Top Withins’, if it’s wet, you’ll be in peat bog that can vary from ankle to crotch deep
(more of the latter!!)
