On a more serious note, Succombes Hill which goes from the A22 at Whyteleaf to Warlingham is a fairly serious number. I have never ridden it, nor have I ever seen a cyclist on it. You would definitely **** off a driver or two if you were to ride it as they are mostly desperate not to let the speed drop before the steep bend toward the top.
I went up it a couple of years back. I can confirm the drivers were pretty ****ed off. But not as ****ed off as I was. I won't be going that way again. In my defense, I wasn't familiar with the area so was taken a little by surprise.

The road into Kingston coming off the A3 at Robin Hood Corner

pshhhhhhhh, it's just a drag. Traps Lane in New Malden is a bit nastier, suddenly ramps up.

Wimbledon Hill (the road to 'the village') is quite nasty, not helped by heavy traffic.

Star & Garter hill in Richmond - even more so, the little road on the other side of the home, very narrow and with a right angled bend to kill any momentum you had.

Roehampton High Street looks steep, but i've not tried it, mainly as the area is dodgy and you're likely to get to the top sans bike.

Coming down the east face of Shooters Hill is brilliant. Dead straight and until recently a good road surface. Not recommended on fixed though
That's my favourite descent around here. Usually someone sticks a set of permanently red lights or an intersection at the bottom of it but, this being Welling, they haven't thought of that yet.

Does Harrow-on-the hill qualify by any chance?
I still refuse to try Shooters Hill. The other climbs in London are more slopes than hills. Shooters Hill looks ominous. I used to be wary about b****** Hill in Richmond Park but that's a piece of cake, now.
I used to do Shooters Hill regularly as a teenager (a long long time ago). It is hardest going up from west to east, but SUCH FUN going down the other side. Wheeeeeeee!

There used to be a pub at the bottom of the hill. The We Anchor In Hope. A good place to stop and refresh. Now I live in the Fens. A hill is defined as a rise of around five or six feet.
