I noticed this in the roadbook. Although there is a route for "motos only" so I'm guessing if anyone needed to get from Finish to Start more quickly they could jump on a motorbike.

Every team has multiple cars at the race anyway (more than just the 2 that sit in the convoy) and so I don't think the 2 hour trip back to the start will be an issue for anyone really

I discovered that quite late in my TimeTrialling "journey". I was honestly a bit shocked, it's quite alarming to find views like that so common amongst people who you probably meet quite frequently, chatting about roundabout, cups of tea etc!

Hill Strava KOM held by Pog and McNulty, latter's data in article, averaged just over 21kph at end of ~130Km stage. So right on cusp of aero benefits.

Given today they only have ~3.4Km before the climb, those trying should be going quicker and no point swapping bikes at hill base.

I expect Even will ride a stripped out TT frame, MVDP an adapted road frame and a big mix throughout the rest of the field.

It's not the cycling, it's trying to type categories of specialist adult material into his phone to pass the evenings that's the problem. He's probably discovered all sorts of fields of human endeavour...
