Lipowitz restricts the damage to about 1'30-1'40 I think

It's going to be interesting to see who recovers best out of Lipowitz or Onley tomorrow. The two Red Bulls may have raced each other off the final podium.

it was odd tactics by Lipo to attack out of GC group to try to bridge. He was very very unlikely to get enough time to get ahead of Vin on GC, and the risk of what eventually happened was high. He just knackered himself whilst Onley sat on the wheels

Overly ambitious thinking they could pincer Jonas

Tomorrow is going to be really interesting in that battle for third. Onley looked absolutely mentally and physically whacked afterwards, but I don't think Lipowitz is going to be in any better shape.

I think mentally it will have been a huge boost - being the only person to stay with the big two until the very last metres. Physically it will come down to how hard he had to work to get back to the yellow jersey group after the Madeleine. On the Loze I would say Lipowitz worked harder for longer.
