Not a Reusser friendly profile if the giro is to go by. Reduced bunch sprint or late attack from a reduced GC group or movistar gets lucky and a decent break goes . Hard to.call .

I noticed that the route passes through every Cru Beaujolais village. As I said on another thread, somebody in the ASO is partial to a drop of Gamay.
Gun to tape coverage tomorrow. To me it looks like one of the toughest days in the race. Riders out the back almost immediately. Going to be a battle of survival for some and definitely a GC battle at the other end of the peloton.

Hard to know the outcome but given the Stage 3 dynamic the GC favourites may neutralize each other and it'll favour a lone breakaway rider or small group. Was epic from Sigrid Haugset, Kopecky must've been gutted as she came so close to catching her.

TV coverage starts 1240 UK time. Not sure when km 0 is expected.

There were also some in big Auchan elsewhere in the country in the late 1990s, so it's not a local speciality.
