Finally got to watch! A good day, even if sprint days aren’t the most exiting. I’m really glad Demi got through it, I do hope she’s okay. I feel like there’s a lot of pressure on her to keep going and win the thing, I hope she’s genuinely okay! Good to see Vos really taking on Wiebes, even if she is unstoppable!

My favourite bit today was Schweinburger giving her bike to the French housewife. I hate it when they drop their bikes on the floor. This was careful and respectful and, as someone said, will be the story she retells until her dying days!

There was a cracking castle today as well…Dissay! It looked amazing!

Ellen van Dijk has apparently just announced her retirement at the end of the season on a Dutch talk show. I’m not surprised…she’s had awful luck since she came back from having her son. But I’m sad about it. She’s a machine!
