Just putting this out there as it's likely to be my first proper event this year, what with surgery...
Has anyone done it, and what tyres are recommended for the long route? Just wondering if the City Jets will cut it, or maybe change to knobblies if not. And any recommendations for reasonably puncture-resistant knobblies would be good!
Ta!

Just searched Google to see if dates released yet and came across this post
I have ridden the tour De moor 5 times and would 100% recommend using proper off road tyres. It's only about 15 miles of actual off road but it's tough moorland terrain with lots of loose stones and rocks etc. I've punctured a few times with decent off road tyres.
It's a great course that's tough in places. Great fun and a great cause.
