Tour de Romandie ** Spoilers **

This kicked off today with a Prologue win for Kwiatkowski.
Chris Froome is 9 seconds down. Some highlights :

I do like this race, set in the proper mountains. Tomorrow if the weather permits they head from the Italian bit into the Vallee, over the Simplonpass, a road I climbed a couple of years ago in May. There was still a decent amount of snow then - I'm sure it will be pretty chilly tomorrow but the decent to Brig on one of the main Switzerland - Italy highways would rather quick and spectacular.

Albasini gets it in Sion, a shortened stage with the Simplonpass removed after a heavy snowfall - fair play to Nibali who had a very decent pop off the front over the last 16 kms.

I think little changes in the GC.

although with froome 10th in the sprint it wasnt that good of a sprint....

Tomorrow should be fun.
Finally get to see if froome has legs, whether nibali will be credible threat after a slow year, just how good is kwit at the minute?

big climb then big descent and its raining.... nibali's day? even if froome gets away over the climb will he stay away from nibbles on the descent?

yeah similar circumstances - nice to see a reprise, to see Froome with form doing it himself and forming racing alliances
