Any advice for tackling and hopefully completing my second 60 miler @ the Tour de Tendring on Sunday?
My 4 year old daughter gets dibbs on all cereal bars!I make my own too, or use chewy oaty bars that go in the kids lunchboxes if I can't be bothered. IMO, there's a lot of smoke and BS surrounding sports 'nutrition'. I'm sure for competitive types they might make a difference but for the rest of us, we'd be just as satisfied with standard fare or our own efforts.
isn't it 60 miles and fairly flat? Depends how fit you are really.
