The tour d'Israel is a challenging event. It covers 747 km in 5 days with a total of 11,000 m' of elevation gain. It is a race for couples who like to race in big and demanding cyclosportif events.

Everyone who has reached the age of 18 is entitled to start.

There are 9 different age and gender categories:
Open (3 categories: Men, Women and mixed) with the cumulative age of both team members do not exceed 80 years.

Masters (3 categories: Men, Women and mixed) with the cumulative age of both team members is between 80 and 100 years.
Grand Masters (3 categories: Men, Women and mixed) with the cumulative age of both team members exceed 100 years.​
