Denbigh, 6.9 mile 1209 feet, averages just over 3% but hits ~20% for 0.5 miles near Peniel. Lots of gradient changes, including a brief descent after the wall section.

Big nostalgia fest for me. I used to walk up onto the Blorenge via Cwm Llanwenarth (the valley at the side of the Tumble) and those views are so familiar. I never cycled up there as I never wanted to go to Blaenavon and there is much nicer cycling the other side of the Usk in the Black Mountains.
