I am on the lookout for a cycle rack to carry 2 roadbikes, must be one that attaches to a towbar as I drive a soft top car, condition not too important, lower the price the better.
Have a look at the Thule RideOn 2-bike version. It clamps to the towball and is very good. I managed to get one new a few years ago for under £50 but I think they have increased a bit in price recently.
EDIT: I see these now have a RRP of £155. I can't see how they could be sold for under £50 a few years ago, and now the exact same product costs £150? This must be pure profiteering from the recent rise in popularity of all things cycling!
Have a look at http://www.towsure.com/product/Clipper_2Bike_Towbar_Towball_Mounted_Cycle_Carrier - works like a "giant pair of pliers" to lock on the towball (and folds up to store in the boot) - fine for two bikes - you need to fit some pipe lagging to the tubes of the rack to stop scratching ... and add two ratchet straps to lash the bikes on tightly.
