Not without lifiting the bike over the railings that protect pedestrians.

I guess it is impatience. I was cycling over just before 9am and would probably only have been another 10 minutes if I just went with the traffic rather than filtering. Problem is, other cyclists, mopeds and motorcyclists expect you to filter, and sit there waiting to let you through. I held back for a bit and told them to go on through but then decided to hell with it and get cycling. Yes, that is impatience.

To be fair, I'd filter too, although I'd wait for the better gaps since sometimes it gets super tight and risky to filter there.
