Personally I wouldn’t care… I just head out… rarely check weather
however I’m aware that’s not the point of discussion(I think???)
that being said if I have to pick
bad wind can make a ride hard, the wind smacking you in the face and really ruin your day
but a car smacks you in the face can ruin your YEAR
so I would tuck in , pick a lower gear and pedal away into the wind….
