OK, now that's been tidied up, my personal opinion:

SP and TD are totally in on the joke and are in fact encouraging it. See post #14 in this thread. Every insult directed at them bumps the thread, increasing the visibility of their videos and number of views, earning them increased advertising revenue. Otherwise why do they not come back to discuss and debate, but just post increasingly unwatchable nonsense? They are exploiting their notoriety and using this forum for profit, against user guidelines.

So the joke is on us really, for feeding the trolls.

That said, some of it doesn't necessarily enhance the reputation of this forum as fun and friendly.

I think you're right, there are a number of people on here that are self employed, myself included, but I don't suppose that we would get away with advertising our business on here, it's click bait. We might as well bring back Solid Wood Kitchens.

Thing is this is exactly what the Trafficd droid himself did when he was a member on here, absolutely no interest in debate or joining in with the general forum, just wanted to promote his channel.
