I'm going to be in Nice, south of France during Easter and will need to be back in London for work 08:30 Monday 21st April. I will need to transport my bike.

2 options seem to be the train to Dieppe and cycle back from there but can't seem to find a price that includes the bike.

Or Fly direct to a London airport via a "low cost" airline. Not done this with a bike but flying Easyjet et. al isn't a stress free experience.

Any advice appreciated.
Thanks

Not sure about Nice, but I recently priced fares on BA, Glasgow to Bordeaux in May with bike. Bike goes as part of your free luggage allowance of 22kg.. EasyJet charge something like £75 just for the bike. For me, it was going to work out cheaper with BA, so maybe worth a try.

I've just been investigating the idea of sending the bike with a courier the day before and then getting a cheap flight with no luggage. I'm not sure if this would be economical between countries, but it certainly seems the cheapest and easiest way within the UK. The only problem I can see is getting somewhere you trust to sign for the bike.
