Trans Pennine Trail south of Selby - off road surface condition

I am planning a tour and was wondering about the Trans Pennine Trail south of Selby. There are some off road sections I note and I wondered if they are suitable for 25mm road tyres? If anyone has pictures of the off road sections then even better.

Just done Selby east to Hull and beyond. Apart from a mile or so of track along grass by river flood defence near Howden - follow the narrow rut or walk - it's not bad surface. Careful navigation through Hull can find you picking up NCN 1 via Yorkshire Wolds Route, but avoid old railway track link unless you have knobblies

South of Selby the old airfield is a bit rough.
