Transport Museum in Gaydon - What to See?

I recommend the half hour drive to the Cov transport museum, which is much better.

And it's free

We have looked at going to the Gaydon one a couple of times but never made it there yet

Gaydon is actually OK, but the display isn't all that big and the cafe is fearfully expensive. Beaulieu and the Cov transport museum dwarf it.

National motorcycle museum just up the road is better, great old school restaurant, and the bikes are always more interesting than cars.

Well, the main task of the day is judging at a cat show, so I can't be switching venues at the drop of a hat! The show manager is already worried enough that I might, umm, misbehave... I'm being threatened with a harness and blinkers.

But I have a friend who lives in Burbage, so maybe when I visit her next, we can go and mosey around some of the other suggestions.

I felt the bikes were too crammed in together it was difficult to see anything.
