Travel Insurance

I usually use Amex travel insurance when i travel and thankfully never had to use it.

Has anyone actually had to use them when running into trouble and how good were they?

Just looking at using someone different and wondered if it was worth the risk of going with someone else.

I need 6 days cover for denmark and sweden, preferably with 24/7 UK call centres.

Tesco. Superb when we had to claim. We always use them.
