Triban 5A

Would you believe it. Bought a Triban 5 about 2 weeks ago from Decathlon and so far really pleased with it. Today I discovered that they have now introduced a new Triban 5A model. I can't find much info on the full spec of it but the little I have discovered does seem to be very similar to the 5. Could have saved a few bob as it is in at £100 less than the 5. Anyone seen it or read any reviews.

You might have a 14 day 'cooling off' period with Decathlon stuff. Check your receipt.

The Triban 5A is an upgraded Triban 3 rather than a bargain 5, it doesn't have the carbon seat stays for example. The new Triban 7 is the real 5 replacement.

Thanks for all info. Seems my 5 is probably better spec and as I said I am so far really pleased with it. Changed pedals on it straight away as I don't want to have to used dedicated road shoes. Changing them to spd/flat so I can ride on occasion with ordinary shoes.
