we have all seen the road bike party one and two and know it is incredible skill and really not recommended but any tried these?or ever felt the need to?

the bunny hop is handy for getting over speed bumps, but I'm not very good at them.

i can see a use for the track stand when at lights and clipped in if you're really good at it and you're not there for too long
i just get out of the saddle slightly for speed pumps and just roll over them

The number of people I see trying to trackstand at red lights, who end up wobbling unsteadily over the stop line almost into the path of the traffic and then having to put their foot down anyway...

Honestly, just clip out!

i always manage to swerve in good time and just hope no one is overtaking at that moment in time!

I had it on video, but now deleted. The road had clearly been dug up in a trench going all the way across, then filled in in the most half-arsed way imaginable and it sank. It's on the Isle of Arran after a long downhill section that you can quite easily cruise down at 30mph+

Hopefully they've got round to resurfacing that bit now
