You trike riders missed a thorn on the road between Bridgwater and Taunton today, but no worries, my front tyre picked it up.

Not when you live in the snow belt in Nebr. Hard to get traction in a foot and a half of snow, and its 20 below zero.

Try larger wheels, they'd give greater ground clearance.

When riding a tadpole trike, it is easy to slow a little and reach down and pick up nails, screws, and other junk that can cause flats on both bikes and cars. Quite often on a ride I do so.

When you ride a tadpole trike, if you see nails or other junk on the street, it is easy to reach down and pick it up. Who knows how many flats I have saved other cyclist, and cars to from having.

When riding along on a trike, I find it very easy to slow down a little, and pick up nails, screws, and other sharp trash that could cause flats on both a bike and cars. I quite sure over the years I have saved any number of flats, and im quite sure other trike riders have done the same.
