True Grit

The Big Lewowski remains unsurparsed for me and Jeff Bridges is, of course, a great actor.

He's better in Starman - a better film than TBL, too.

I thought this remake of True Grit was at least as good as the original; there again, John Wayne was one of the most wooden actors around.

The patch is covering the wrong eye. Its moved from the left to the right eye.

In the book he doesn't seem to wear a patch. He's got a bad eye that's almost closed, but you can see a bit of the white.

Ye's a great actor - at least we can agree on that.

But TBL is one one of the best films ever, I believe - although this is a classic "matter of opniion" thread - I've never even seen Starman

so I can't really comment - I need Davyo's assistance here.
