TT & Aero bars

oh man, I bought a set of aero bars on a TT base bar the other day from Ebay. Syntace basic ones I think. they were a bargain and I thought i'd have a go & see if I like them.

Just went out for about 27mile ride. usually my wrists and back ache when I do this ride. Just got back a few minutes ago and I feel absolutely fine!
Not a bad time for my first ride out on aero bars either... 27 miles in 1 hour 25 minutes approx.

Nice one. If you spend a lot of time in the aero position then I find it worth while swapping for bar mounted shifters so that you don't need to come out of position to change up/down.

this is on my fixie... although I should give it a go on my geared bike too!
