Got to take mrs ck for a hospital appointment in a bit then pop to a hardware store on the way home for a light pendant. I am still aching from the weekend ride and yesterdays day of diy .

Morning Early Risers,

Slept well after yesterdays commute, went in on the carbon bike for a change. WFH with several Teams meetings to keep me awake. in the meantime bought a new watch after spotting a bargain and will stick an old one up for sale to even things out on the numbers front. May do some weights later but need to sup enough coffee in the meantime to start firing on all cylinders.

This time of year I'm in shorts when not at work till probably October, after spending all shift sweating I need a bit of air around the legs .

Yes but your not in Bonny Scotland where the temps are usually 2 to 4 degrees cooler than North Yorkshire.

Meeting with insurance man earlier which was less painful than expected, before that was a nice puppy walk and I've got a plan to hit the gym on my way home.

i'd guess it's that little finger he says he broke yesterday, but he's not telling how, presumably it was in an embarrassing way, tragic tea drinking accident for instance

Lazy day here, garden centre lunch, home for post lunch doze, cuppa in the garden, now just waiting at the garage to collect the MH post service and MOT and swap it for the MX 5 for the same!
