Got a train booked to Corrour at 8 to be followed by hills and dinner. Hopefully won't be back on smack straight afterwards.

Morning Folks. Usual Stuff at work dodging idiots etc, although number 1 idiot is off today. 🙂. Hopefully going for a steady run later as ive been a bit lazy of late both on and off the the bike. Work's currently doing hot weather hrs so get to finish a bit earlier. Not overly hot at the moment so I can live with that. Have a nice day all.

Up too early to get into the office. Decent ride in, but may not bother again this week as riding on the weekend. Plenty of time on calls and reviewing minions' objectives this morning, which is a bit dull but has to be done.
