Got it last night.....eating it today . We dont have some of those ingrediants eg horseradish, sweet potato, peanut oil.
I do have sesame oil which should do.
Don't use sesame oil in place of peanut; in a searing hot pan it will very quickly burn to a horrible bitter taste and spoil your fish.
EDIT: Just use a vegetable oil or similar.
