Turbo Trainer noise - Back wheel ticks / clicks - HELP!!

Hi Guys - new to the forum , not so new to life and reasonably new to Turbos.
Have an annoying issue when riding bike on Turbo - there is a palpable click when the back wheel is rotating. It starts at low speed, then continues as I speed up and bizarrely continues when freewheeling!!GRRRR
I've tried my other bike on the Turbo and it's smooth as silk.
Before I start tearing the back wheel apart with any variety of lump hammers or chainsaws could anyone provide a little direction before the wheel goes into orbit as a new space station?!!

New turbo - .Elite novo and did same with previous old tacx one? Tried an old Mavic rim and its fine - so must be something in the Shimano 010 wheel? Thanks in advance.
