Turbo Trainers without QR Skewers

I think I would like to buy one of these so I can get the authentic experience of cycling without going out if the weather is bad etc. However all the ones I found on Amazon all require QR Skewers on the rear wheel and my bike doesn't have them.

Is there an alternative?
