im thinking of getting myself a turbo trainer and im looking for some advice. Whats the best one to get and do I need a spare rear wheel to put a training tyre on ?

Hiya, I've just purchased a crono elite elestrogel trainer. I got this one as it's nice and quiet (top flat), I'm very pleased with it. Got it from wiggle on line...they have a good sale on at the mo.
