Bottle openers can be bought for less than a pound, and are not exactly a bulky item,
so I don't think, if mass produced, this idea will take off as I imagine it would cost a lot more than a pound to buy.
Also, I would imagine some pannier racks could act as a bottle opener, after all a metal fence can be (went camping with my brother once
and we had no bottle opener).

Drink champagne and you don't need a bottle opener
And sadly it is simply 'not done' to park your bike on the lawns at Glyndebourne. However I do find a mole wrench to be the most satisfying of champagne liberators. A deft twist of the bottle et voila!

That's style ...

It doesn't matter how you do it, there is nothing stylish about opening your own champagne bottle.

I had one on my chain tug.
Trying to hold the bike up in the air with one hand while opening my milk with the other hand certainly wasn't very easy.
