Unfortunately the event has been cancelled, the reason for this is unclear, but it seams there is some sort of legal wrangling going on. Don't ask me what it is, I don't know. But there is nothing to stop a bunch of cyclist dressed in tweeds turning up in Thistle Street at 13:00 and going for a ride...
