It's not 'my thing', but it's someone else's which I can appreciate. There was a bloke called Country Joe Fish who had a weekly show on BBC Radio Lancashire quite a few years ago now who played what he called 'gospel country', plus all other variations of country music. It was something to listen to and had a good following apparently. I think the show was axed along with most of the stuff that appealed to 'oldies' when BBC local radio was defended must be four years ago now.
