I struggle with dinnertime drinking these days, All this fizzy clear process stuff on the market is junk. As a somersetian born and bred I can vouch with @Peteaud If it looks like pi## and got s#i1 floating in it then its proper cider. Burrow hill cider farm was a favourite haunt of mine back home.
