Tyre advice please

I,ve for vittoria zaffiro 700 x 25 c tyres fitted but have just had two bursts that ruined tyre and tubes

The tyres are only 10 quid each but is there any better tyres out there for slr rims,something that take a little pounding

assume you checked the tyre for sharp bits and the rim tape for pointy bits before changing the tube? Are the tyres worn, how many miles done?

There are other versions in the same RubinO range which cost more, lighter, faster rolling but potentially less puncture resistant, so a bit depends what your main need is

Are they Zaffiro Pro? If so I've had great experiences with these (covered 1700 miles with no punctures / other issues and they roll pretty well) - I'd suggest yours are defective and the issue probably wants raising with the supplier..
