Would or does anyone run a 28mm tyre on an internal rim width of 21mm and how does it ride?

Looking at getting the zipp service course 30 discs

Yes I would - why ever not? - but I never have. (Ran 32s on a 21mm rim hybrid.)

How it would ride, would depend on so many variables not least the bike they're put onto and the person riding it!

Emailed zipp earlier and they sent me an a message back saying that they have been extensively tested with their new speed r28 tyres and have been all ok

I run 23's on a 21 mm rim with absolutely no issues whatsoever. Most of the new u shaped aero rims are wide and are run with 23's or 25's so a 28 would be fine if there is sufficient frame clearance.
