Tyre direction

I wonder how fast it would be with fat, slick balloon tyres like 2" Schawlbe Kojaks (perhaps still very fast, I dunno).

I wonder if they are the rubino's you got?.i got a set of these(£10 ish each)and never even noticed the arrows till it came time for a clean a week later.As luck would have it they were on the right way.Very happy with the rubino's so far especially given the price.
