Tyre shape

Afternoon ,

I've just come back from a ride and noticed that my rear tyre looks out of shape. It is only on 1 section where the writing is. I have taken off completely and checked the tube and inside of the tyre, then reinstalled but still the same. The line around the beading looks to be level all around.
Any ideas?
Could it be a general defect that I've never noticed (tyres are around 2 months old) and will it be safe.

I appreciate its difficult to make out on the picture

Can't really make it out in the pic, but if it's like an S shape then the tyre is compromised. Take it back to the bike shop to see if they will replace.

Yeah ianrauk that's probably the best description..Will do.
I've just completely removed the tube/tyre again and slowly inflated whilst ensuring the whole tyre is on correctly. The deformity still comes up in the same place.
I'll take it back

Try refitting with talc on the bead and the tube, before you take it back.
