Tyres for this weather?

can anyone recommend some some tyres for this kind of weather. Damp with a touch of actual rain.

I have some stock specialized Monda tyres (total slicks) and on my last bike with some sch blizzards which have more grip but "My arse was eating my boxers" in weather like this.

So any suggestions?

I don't actually change my tyres according to the weather. Currently still running 23mm Rubino Pro tyres which seem fine so long as I avoid drain covers etc but then they tend to slide on those a little in the dry.
