Tyres / wheel compatibility

Hi all,

I have DT Swiss R520 wheels (that came with my Cube Cross Race Disk Bike).
They are a "race" wheel as they have a deep rim.

As Im going to continue riding my cx in summer for training, I want to change current my winter cx tyres to sleeker ones. My current tyres are 700x32c.
Im thinking of getting Gatorskins and wondered what new tyres to fit the wheels. Probably not as thin as 23c but neither as wide as 32c.

Which size should I go for?

25c would be a good compromise, but 28c would be more comfortable, but may not have the clearance.

Found out how to, the red/green chart at the bottom suggest that 25mm tyes might be as low as you want to go http://sheldonbrown.com/tire-sizing.html

Sorry I stupidly didn't read your post properly. @smokeysmoo is right, 28c is a good compromise, can handle a bit of rough and still be fast enough.
