Sort of. It's the dodgy 1983 knock-off remake of Thunderball with Sean Connery in a blacker-than-his-own-hair wig and over-the-top badly-edited performances from Rowan Atkinson and Kim Basinger, with a cheerful gambler sadist and a henchwoman wearing plastic bags. Sony eventually bought it as well as the others, butit wasn't considered any more real than the spoof Casino Royale for a long time.
