I see the Tour of Flanders clashes with the Ronde van Vlaanderen again. Can't they sort the scheduling out for once?

(If you enjoyed this joke, make a note that I will be making it again in April)

Ride London Classic is there, but no Tour de Yorkshire.

I'm no expert but I thought both races were of similar stature.

Perhaps the Yorkshire race doesn't qualify as a World Tour.

I am also no expert.

I think they were both in the 2nd class, HC or whatever it is/was called but the Ride London Classic seems to have been elevated to WT status (while at the same time the Womens RL Classique has been relegated from the womens WT).

TdY and ToB are both now "ProSeries" events. https://www.cyclingnews.com/news/uci-unveils-2020-proseries-calendar/

It's a bit like the football where what used to be league division 3 is now division 1, and division 2 is the Intergalactic Super Duper League or something.

There is a Tour of California in both programmes.

I thought that race had been cancelled altogether.

It was cancelled in Nov and I was quoting a Jun press release.
