Udderly Smooth Chamois Cream

Just bought some of this and it's like very thin pouring cream

emailed Wiggle and they advised to give it a stir as it may have "separated"

Did that,no difference

I have had this before quite a while back and I can't remember it being like this

anyone have any and advise of its consistency as the stuff I've got will be poured down the sink as it's useless

I use udderly chamois cream and it certainly couldn't be poured out of the pot. You can hold it upside down and it wouldn't fall out. It is fairly thick stuff so I would say yours is not right. Get wiggle to refund or replace.

I lost half the pot when I opened it and it flicked out all over the place
I have asked them to replace it,but they are checking the batch to make sure no more are like that

normally a hardish cream .... could of been stored wrong !

I have a pot which I got recently looks like whipped cream or a yogurt imho
works ok though

Stored in my house where my others were stored so I know it;s not at my end
