Its true the ref's decision is final in that the goal can't be taken off after the event, but when it comes to evidence coming out that a deception went on then the FA and UEFA should act...just like in other sports....so that hopefully players don't think they have got away with it so ong as they convinced the ref from one angle.
Doesn't matter if Celtic were out or if Arsenal had still lost the game in this case.
