Well I agree with a lot of that. However I can understand why the USA wants to go after him - he has set himself up on such a high pedestal that he can't be allowed to stay. If he just quietly stepped down and handed back the lolly and the jerseys he might take the rancour out of the public's minds.

I am tired of hearing about it... if Armstrong had said at the time everyone was doing performance enhancing, so we did it too to compete then I would have had sympathy with him, but he lied and cheated, but if it was me I'd not waste another penny on it....I think the world should just belittle his dishonesty and the whole era of drug-enhanced pro-racing at every opportunity and get on with more important things.
