UK Bird but which one?

Spotted in a London garden, magpie-sized with blue and orange colouring. No joy using RSPB bird finder.

In fact there's precious little orange in its plumage but I once saw one with sunlight on its back and it looked so orange and yellow it took me a while to identify it.

Feathers are marvellous things tho', a blackbird in the right light is a beauty.
