Hi guys,
Im back to ask more newbie questions.

Not long now till we set off for our tour to Kenya, so last min prep is under way!

As im sure many of you may have discovered halfway through your tour, you realise you've forgotten to pack something, right when you need it! So what would be great from guys is a list of those commonly forgotten items!

I think im ok with the main ones, but little things that you might forget, which could aslo be handy like tweezers, army can openers, cable ties, multisocket extension lead... those sort of things, if you have any suggestions please shout them out!!

Thanks!

I'd take a small batt/ opp short wave radio. Some good ones only weigh a few ounces. You should be able to pick up the BBC most of the way - hours of entertainment!

I only forget stuff on weekends away, 2 months ago I forgot my towel...not a problem,

Last weekend forgot my underwear.....PROBLEM, hiking 20 km in cycling shorts is not pleasant, going comando is worse
