That is pretty sweet, I agree. The simplest solutions are often the most ingenious.I like the clever little cable retainer!
If you want to follow the crowd perhaps?Surely you should have Campagnolo super record on a Bianchi?
Just found out that R8000 chainset shave a different spacing to 6800, so you have to upgrade the front mech if you want the chainset. Both work fine with 6800 brifters then.
Hardly, Ultegra is super common compared to super recordIf you want to follow the crowd perhaps?
You'll love the colour too...Matte Black...
from what I've been reading yes the only thing that not cross compatible is the r8000 chainsetDid you happen to find out whether the reverse is true? i.e. will an R8000 front mech work on a 5800 or 6800 chainset?
Apologies. Perhaps my response didn't properly explain.Did you happen to find out whether the reverse is true? i.e. will an R8000 front mech work on a 5800 or 6800 chainset?
As above, the R8000 chainset is actually compatible, as long as the front mech is also replaced.from what I've been reading yes the only thing that not cross compatible is the r8000 chainset
Which just bolsters the irony of "if it's a Bianchi, then it has to run Campag".Hardly, Ultegra is super common compared to super record![]()
