Ultegra rear mech cable adjuster

The standard Ultegra ones are absolutely rubbish

Are most rear cable adjusters the same thread? I’ve lost the spring out of mines and want to replace

Try one and see but I think you'll find all have a plastic element. Never had a problem with mine.

I've fitted the old 6800 type adjuster to my 8000 RD and it works fine, I find it easier to adjust than the new style.
